At Vervana we ship via USPS (first class and priority), UPS (ground), and Flat Rate (ships via the carrier of our choosing).
Flat rate shipping is never more than $10.95 no matter what size your order is!
All orders are subject to verification of payment before shipping. Orders placed by 1 pm ET will ship the same day. Packages are delivered in 1-5 days. All other orders placed after 1 pm will ship the following business day. At this time, we only ship within the United States. Additionally, if you are shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, you will need to call or email us with your order, as additional shipping costs will apply.

Autoship is simple and easy to set up. When on any product page, simply select the option for auto-ship underneath the option for single purchase. Next, from the drop-down, select the frequency you’d like the product delivered. Finally, select the quantity you want with each auto-shipment. This will be the item quantity for your current order and for your recurring orders as well.
In the cart, you will see a summary of your current order and your recurring order (all will reflect the 5% off discount).
If you already have an account with us, you can access it by clicking on the house icon and link at the top left of the cart screen. Enter your username or password to log in. If you are a new customer, you’ll be asked to create an account with a username and password during the checkout process. Once your autoship order is placed, you’re all set! We do the rest, and your packages will arrive on time, every time!
You can review your autoship subscription or make changes to it (address and billing info, password, etc.) by logging in to your account, and clicking on the Subscription tab on the left. If you wish to edit the frequency and number of items per shipment, as well as the ability to cancel your subscription, please call us at (800) 228-1507 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org; we are currently working on automating this process, but for the time being, we would love to help you change your autoship subscription to better suit your needs and preferences.

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with a product, you may return the item to us within 30 days from the order date for a refund. Be sure to include your receipt or other proof of purchase. Please note that unless your item was damaged during shipping, the shipping charges are not refundable. In the unlikely event you receive your item in damaged condition, please notify us immediately via phone or email and we will promptly send a replacement at no charge to you. Our goal is to assure that you are completely satisfied.
