I love this mouthwatering natural salt blend because it melds together 3 different types of salts from around the world: pink Himalayan salt, California sea salt, and French sel gris (gray salt). An earthy mix of course and medium-grain salt crystals of varying colors, this gourmet blend brings a wide variety of essential trace minerals to the table. Gray salt, in particular, contains more minerals than other natural salts, as it is harvested from salt beds with clay and is moisture-rich. Free of any anti-caking agents or other added chemicals, this blend shines as a finishing salt, and is terrific over chicken, fish, vegetables, and freshly sliced beef! Attached grinder has 2 settings – course and fine grind.

    My wife wants this for Christmas. She is not a salt lover but the free sample we were sent she really wouldn’t share, I did get to taste it on the halibut and it was very light yet somehow enhanced flavor in the $30 a pound fish that I brought home. We’ve tried the Himalayan salt from Trader Joes but this blend is much more impactful without feeling heavy. Thank you Marchann for sending us a free sample!

    Same as the pepper, a first time purchase, however I put it on a hard boiled egg. Really brightens it up.
