The Mexican spice blend is excellent. I have been cooking Mexican weekly for a few years and have tried numerous spices and had not found one that I really liked. A friend gave me Vervana Mexican spice and it is the most delicious I’ve found. I use it to make chicken and steak fajitas, chicken/steak/sausage quesadilla and the flavor is perfect. Not to strong, not super salty. Just a nice delicious Mexican flavor. I highly recommend this spice blend.
